Acup - Gathering up quantity with the hands and with two brooms; to gather with both hands. See Nañgacupan.

Aglana - To produce oil, to oil. A sitio in Barrio No. 16.

Agurang - To lie on [a] tilted bed after giving birth. ([unreadable word] on custom). Syn. Agdalagan. See Nadurañgan.

Ala - An expression of wonder, a common [expression?]. See Allalaban.

Alalabang - Name of a barrio, a sitio in No. 31. See Labang.

Alalia - Ghost, phantom. See Malalia.

Allañgigan - The Ilang-ilang, a tree with long-petaled fragrant flowers. Name of a sitio in Barrio No. 25.

Alonsiguid - A sitio in Barrio No. 21.

Ambuyok - Odorous, a sitio in Barrio No. 11. See Buyok.

Ambango - This word must have come or derived from the word "banggol." A sitio in Barrio No. 19.

Amguid - A common reed grass with rough, sharp-edged leaves.

Baay - Supposed to have been derived from the Tagalog word "bahay," not in Ilocano, the letter "h" is not pronounced. It is a sitio in Barrio No. 13.

Bakal - Battle, fight.

Baket - Old female, wife.

Bakukan - A sitio in Barrio No. 16.

Balay - House, home, abode, habitat.

Balayang - A specie of banana, the fruit of which has seeds.

Balay-arang - A house where the robbers are supposed to live. A sitio in Barrio No. 18.

Balay-sawi - A nest of a bird called "sawi." A sitio in Barrio 22.

Balay-ugsa - Deer's habitat. A sitio in Barrio 22.

Balbalayang - A species of banana trees. A sitio in Bo. No. 14. See Balayang.

Balete - A parasite plant that finally kills its host and becomes a big tree. A sitio in Barrio No. 25.

Baligat - A combination of the Ilocano words "balay" and "igat," which means habitat of the eels. A sitio in Barrio No. 15.

Ballaiba - Edible grass-like plant growing in fresh water.

Bannas - A farm land too high up for irrigation.

Banay - Draw line of a net.

Ban-ay - A plant with medicinal root with fragrant flowers.

Bansal - Porch, balcony.

Bantay - Mountain or mount.

Barbakwa - Broiled fish roasting with a husk or scales on.

Baraniw - A plant with good aromatic odor used for savoring [probably flavoring] in vegetable cooking.

Barbarañgay - Boats with sails and oars for river traffic. A sitio in Barrio No. 22, at present within the municipality of Banna.

Barbarit - Pieces of rattan, a sitio in Barrio No. 23.

Bil-loca - A sitio in Barrio No. 25.

Binacag - A kind of herb growing in the fields, a sitio in Barrio No. 23, and at present within the municipality of Banna.

Bin-agan - A contraction of the word "Binaagan." Name of the Barrio No. 11.

Camandiñgan - A place where ornaments worn by the Igorots were found. A sitio in No. 31.
